MarketMemo is a private, offline field notebook for flea-market, antique-fair, and antique-mall shopping.

Before troubleshooting

Create a notebook backup from Back up & restore and save it somewhere outside the app. Do not delete the app while it contains the only copy of notes or photos you need.

Camera or photo access

Open the Settings app, find MarketMemo, and review its Camera and Photos permissions. MarketMemo asks for access only after you choose the related photo action.

An unfinished item reappeared

MarketMemo saves an active item draft so an interruption does not silently discard your work. On the outings screen, choose to resume or discard that draft. If MarketMemo finds multiple or unavailable recovery drafts, it may also offer a diagnostic export.

A notebook backup will not restore

MarketMemo validates the complete archive before replacing your notebook. Keep the original file unchanged and confirm that it has the .marketmemoarchive extension. A rejected archive does not replace the current notebook.

Email contact@quicksilver.tech. Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, MarketMemo version, what you expected, and what occurred. Do not attach private notebook backups or personal photos unless support specifically requests a safe diagnostic sample.
